I’ve tidied up the PmWiki:Cookbook.MailForm and made it work nicely with PmWiki:Cookbook.CleanUrls (previously there was a danger of endless redirects).

The edited_mailform.php.zip script is based on the edited_mailform.php script by cvokk (it includes required email validation).
